Repositioning an online training business to create a new group for superwomen!

Online entrepreneur Rachel Green founded Social Media Mumz to help women balance family life with financial independence. What began as a small coaching platform grew into a vibrant online community of women learning to build their own social media businesses. As momentum built, Rachel saw the potential to go further, to create a stronger, more confident brand that represented the women her community had become.

Insight Social Media Mumz had a loyal following, but the name and message no longer reflected Rachel’s vision. She wanted to reposition her brand to attract a broader audience and to create a space that celebrated empowerment and progress. The challenge was to evolve from a niche training group into a wider, aspirational movement.

Story Through the Untangle Your Brand Mastery programme, Rachel gained clarity on her purpose and direction. Together we shaped a brand built on the belief in achieving limitless success — a message that captured ambition, positivity and self-belief. The new name, Wow Mom, became a bold expression of that energy. We defined the tone, messaging and visual identity to align with her community’s confidence and drive.

Engage Following the programme, Rachel and her team developed a distinctive identity and digital presence for Wow Mom. The brand design celebrates optimism and empowerment, while the voice encourages women to take action and support each other’s success. Every element, from naming and messaging to visuals, reflects the brand’s core belief in potential without limits.

Clarity With a clear direction and strong identity, Wow Mom launched as a thriving community for entrepreneurial women. The rebrand helped Rachel scale her business, offering structured programmes, motivation and connection for women building their own paths to success.
