Spirit UK are an established IT service provider that has been operating for nearly 30 years. During that time, the business established a loyal client base, focusing on the charity sector.
To reach a wider client base the brand needed to be modernised and simplified, to look fresher with a clearer story. Crucial to this has been the development of a dynamic pricing page that allows customers to see instant pricing tailored to their specific needs.
Below is an outline of the process we went through, and some of the output from the work we did together.
Define your brand Facilitated sessions to explore your business, competitors, audience and offer in more detail.
Insight After an initial brief, I take all clients through an Insight session where I ask specific questions about the vision, the competition, and the audience to gain more background about the business.
Story This is followed by a Clarity session where I share ideas and thoughts about the brand and how it can be developed.
Engage The final part of the process is a Direction session focussing on the verbal and visual personality of the brand, and ideas for messaging before commencing creative work.
Create your brand Develop visual identity elements (logotype, symbol, colour, type, imagery) and a ‘look and feel' for marketing material. Although the creative process can be fluid there are still specific sessions to create a brand.

Document your brand A single document that captures specifications for the identity elements and shows the sample applications.
