Candidate Funnels founders, Helen Pritchard and Paul Green had a clear idea that they wanted the business to be different to the other recruitment offers, but not how this could be bought together verbally and visually to create a compelling brand.
Insight After an initial brief, I take all clients through an insight session where I ask specific questions about the vision, the competition, and the audience to gain more background about the business.
Story This is followed by a clarity session where I share ideas and thoughts about the brand and how it can be developed.
Engage The final part of the process is a direction session focussing on the verbal and visual personality of the brand, and ideas for messaging before commencing creative work.
Create your brand Although the creative process can be fluid there are still specific sessions to create a brand. From initial ideas, to developing the visual identity elements (logotype, symbol, colour, type, imagery) and an overall ‘look and feel' for marketing material.

I have spent the last 6 weeks working with Nigel to create the brand identity for my new start-up Candidate Funnels.
