End the week. Start the weekend.
Every community needs a pub. And every pub needs a community. Food, sport, quiz nights, cocktail nights; a multitude of ways to get people through the door. But what about keeping them there for longer? With the universal love of music and the ubiquitous rise of vinyl, every pub should have a vinyl night.
Vinylly Friday was established in Summer 2018, as a way of bridging the gap between the Friday post work crowd and evening drinkers. Get punters in earlier, keep the there longer. End the week. Start the weekend. Originally hosted at The Vanbrugh Pub, it is now hosted at The Crown, Trafalgar Road, SE10, every Friday night, 6pm to 12pm.

Ministry of Crown, New Year’s Eve 2022
We've hosted Vinylly Friday since February 2022, post-pandemic, at the Crown. It has been an amazing experience us, and is loved by both regulars and new pub goers.
Nigel and Jon pour their hearts into it and the party atmosphere is incredible. New Year's Eve was a record-breaking night; people on pub crawls who came in said the atmosphere at The Crown was unbeatable.
Hosting Vinylly Friday has hugely benefited both the pub and community. With people regularly coming back to enjoy themselves and even have a little dance.
Vikki Manager, The Crown
To me Vinylly Friday, is about enjoying music and having a good time - something I haven't experienced for ages. Also being able to playing tunes as a guest DJ just adds to the fun. What's a superstar DJ? It's simply me loving my work.
Tan Regular and guest Superstar DJ

It makes a big difference to my life, music is a true love of mine. Finding the right genre feels truly special.
Pete Regular, The Crown
I love Vinylly Friday for its dynamic range of tunes. It's a brilliant mix, and as a music student, I've learned so much. Honestly, it beats paying £9,250 annually when the Crown on Fridays offers such an education. You should join us and we can all enjoy great music together.
