I started writing the Quick PINT emails 6 months ago back in October 2024. I thought it would be a good challenge to write something regularly. I don’t plan them too far in advance. I usually think about it during the week, jot down a few notes, then write on Friday afternoon, create a quick scribble, and head off to DJ.
If you’ve been here since the start, thank you for continuing to support me by reading.
If you’re new to the mailing list, welcome – and please do keep reading.
If you’ve unsubscribed… well, fair enough.
However you've been downing your Quick PINTS, I’ve got something to share.
In a meeting this week, we discussed how much content we all produce. It goes out into the world—emails, posts, updates—and then, more often than not, disappears without much of a trace. Sometimes, I get a nice reply, which is always appreciated, but most of the time, it’s a one-way street. We write, we publish, and we move on.
But that doesn’t mean the content loses its value. In fact, especially in today’s AI-fuelled marketing world, original content is becoming even more important. And yet we rarely take the time to revisit, reuse, or repurpose what we’ve already created. There's something to be said for looking back, gathering it all in one place, and making sure it's not lost to the scroll.
So, I’ve done just that. Each week’s Quick PINT is now available in one place – a growing little anthology of thoughts, scribbles, and Friday afternoon musings.
21 posts so far.
Two weeks off over Christmas and New Year.
Plus this one.
Maybe it’s worth asking yourself the same question: how are you managing the content you create? Not just where it goes in the moment, but how it can live on, be reused, and serve new purposes over time. Good ideas shouldn’t go to waste.
Enjoy your Quick PINT – or all 21 in one go.
And if you think someone else might enjoy them too, feel free to pass the link on.
